Is every piece handmade?
Every piece is made by hand in my Cornwall studio. Each design is created individually, from the first stages of making through to the final polish, allowing time and attention to be given to every detail.
When will my order be ready?
Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
Made-to-order pieces require a little longer, allowing time for each one to be carefully created and finished before beginning its journey to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery service.
Will my piece be hallmarked?
Pieces that meet the UK hallmarking requirements are independently hallmarked by the London Assay Office. Where hallmarking applies, this will be clearly stated within the product description.
